Practice Manager
Physio & Health Matters are looking for a Practice Manager to look after our three practices in Balsall Common, Ross-on-Wye and Redditch. We are looking for someone with a strong business mind to join our close knit team and take charge of the day-to-day running of our business. The role will require travel between the three locations.
Roles and Responsibilities – to include, but not limited to:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the business
- Looking after the teams across the three locations
- Attend various meetings with organisations such as the NHS
- Search for new premises and look after the process of getting these set up
- Seek out new opportunities to further grow and develop our business
- Manage the businesses policies and processes
Desirable Attributes:
- Business qualification
- Experience working for a small organisation
- Good with numbers
- Strong negotiation skills
- Practice manager experience
- Able to use own initiative
Salary between £35k – £37k dependant on experience

Job hours: Full-time and Part-time considered

Physio & Health Matters are currently looking for Physiotherapists to join our team across our different locations.
Ross-on-Wye practice – minimum of three days
Balsall Common practice – happy to travel to the Redditch practice if required
Desirable Attributes:
- Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy background
- Pilates and Acupuncture (AACP) trained preferable
- Required education – Bachelor’s
- All bands considered
- Team player and able to use own initiative
- Experience preferable
